In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the banana, cocoa powder, flour, chips and baking powder. Mix everything together until well combined. Cover the dough and refrigerate for about one hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough per cookie into the baking sheet and leave space between cookies.
Bake for 12 to 13 minutes. Sprinkle the salt on top right after coming out of the oven. Let the cookies cool down and enjoy!
