INGREDIENTS
- 120 ml water
- 80 ml coconut milk (canned, full fat)
- 40 ml coffee
- 5 g dairy - butter or 5 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp monk fruit sweetener
- 2 pinch salt
- 0.25 scoop Cleanfit Protein
Method
- Bring the water and coconut milk to a slow boil in a pot.
- Pour into a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until frothy, being sure to properly vent to allow heat to escape.
- Taste and add more sweetener if desired. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
