Whipped Peanut Butter Yoghurt Bowl

 

INGREDIENTS

  •  200 g dairy - greek yoghurt (unsweetened, full fat) or 200 ml coconut yoghurt (unsweetened/natural)
  •  1 tbsp nuts - peanut butter
  •  30 g granola
  •  50 g blueberries

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and peanut butter together vigorously. 
  2. Top with granola, blueberries, and maple syrup. 
  3. Enjoy!
