INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dairy - greek yoghurt (unsweetened, full fat) or 200 ml coconut yoghurt (unsweetened/natural)
- 1 tbsp nuts - peanut butter
- 30 g granola
- 50 g blueberries
Method
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and peanut butter together vigorously.
- Top with granola, blueberries, and maple syrup.
