Upon reviewing the provided plans, if you find them satisfactory, you will be all set to commence the program. However, if you require any adjustments, you can simply request changes, and we will make sure to accommodate your preferences before you start.
Your coach will then inform you of your official start date, typically scheduled for the upcoming Monday, and weekly check-ins commence the following Monday.
