When can I start?

After filling in an application form and hopping onto a 30 minute call to discuss your goals and roadblocks, you can expect to receive the initial draft of your customised Success Plan within 2-3 business days.

Upon reviewing the provided plan, you will be all set to commence the program. However, if you require any adjustments, you can simply request changes, and I will make sure to accommodate your preferences before you start.I will then inform you of your official start date, typically scheduled for the upcoming Monday, and weekly check-ins commence the following Monday.

Can I make this work with my busy schedule?

Absolutely! We understand that our girls lead busy lives, often juggling work, family, and various commitments. Rest assured, we can accommodate your schedule.

When we creating your personalised programs and discuss exercise and training approaches, we take into account crucial lifestyle factors that impact time and energy availability. This includes determining the number of weekly exercise sessions that fit your schedule, considering the time you have for meal preparation, and ensuring that your meals can be easily integrated into your family dinners or work meetings.
